Consulting: as agreed in the individual engagement contract. Software subscriptions: the licence is activated immediately upon successful payment; the software is available for download from this site. |
| Returns and Cancellation返品・キャンセル |
Consulting: due to the nature of the services, returns and refunds are not accepted after delivery. Cancellation prior to delivery is governed by the individual engagement contract. Software subscriptions: see our Refund Policy for the 14-day initial-subscription refund and cancellation procedure. |
